As always, the health and safety of our clients and our cleaning professionals is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). As a local cleaning company, we are committed to responding to the needs of our clients and our teams as the situation evolves.
Health and safety for everyone
Our cleaning equipment is sanitized before entering your home, including mop handles, vaccum handles, etc. Our towels are cleaned and disinfected daily. We are also happy to use your own vacuum and supplies if you would prefer.
Our team members wear gloves, utilize proper hand washing techniques and use hand sanitizer before and after every clean.
Any cleaning professionals that is sick or has flu-like symptoms is instructed to stay home and under no circumstances is allowed to work.
We are committed to ensuring that our cleaning professionals service only 1 to 2 clients per day, minimizing contact with the clients.
Additional Service
In addition to upholding house-cleaning best practices, we have also added a new high-touch disinfecting procedure where we use disinfectant cleaning agents on all door knobs, light switches, handrails, appliance control panels and other high touch areas in the home.
Be aware that when disinfecting surfaces the disinfectant needs to sit wet on the surface to work properly.
How You Can Help
Our cleaning professionals are committed to keeping your home coronavirus free and have also committed to staying home if they are sick to protect you.
We ask in return to please notify us if there are any symptoms of illness for anyone in your home so that we can either cancel or reschedule your cleaning. All cancellation fees will be waived during this period.
We also ask that you maintain social distancing protocols if you are in the same vicinity as the cleaners. Please stay at least 6 feet from the cleaners. If possible please stay in a different room while they clean.
If you request it, we can pause your service and save your spot until the situation improves. Rates will be frozen during this time.
We will always be in touch with you to inform you of any changes to your cleaning service.
